Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligible Time Frame

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare and sun care products

  • Items not in their original packaging

  • Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales (unless damaged)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verifying the issue.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Returns must be shipped to the address provided by our support team.

Cancellations

Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
After this period, cancellations may not be possible as your order may already be processed or shipped.

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already left our facility, cancellation is no longer possible.
In such cases, you may still request a return after receiving the product.

Refunds

Refund Approval

Refunds are only processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refund Denial

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:

  • The product is used or opened

  • The item is not returned in resellable condition

  • The return request is made after the 14-day period
